These terms govern your use of ChannelUP ("the App"), a live TV guide application for LG webOS TVs developed by LevelitUP Tech ("we", "us"). By installing or using the App, you agree to these terms.
ChannelUP is a free Electronic Program Guide that connects to your HDHomeRun network tuner to display channel listings, program schedules, and stream live TV on your LG webOS TV. The App does not provide TV content itself — it accesses content available through your own HDHomeRun tuner and antenna setup.
To use the App, you need:
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with all HDHomeRun models, or availability of program guide data. Guide data accuracy depends on third-party sources (HDHomeRun cloud API and broadcast EIT data) that are outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LevelitUP Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the App. This includes but is not limited to loss of data, interrupted viewing, or incompatibility with specific hardware configurations.
The App connects to services operated by Silicondust (HDHomeRun API) for program guide data and device discovery. These services are governed by Silicondust's own terms. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or terms of third-party services.
ChannelUP and the ChannelUP name and logo are the property of LevelitUP Tech. HDHomeRun is a trademark of Silicondust. LG and webOS are trademarks of LG Electronics. All other trademarks are the property of their respective owners. The App is not affiliated with or endorsed by Silicondust or LG Electronics.
You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, or use it in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations.
We may release updates to the App through the LG Content Store. Updates may modify features, fix issues, or change system requirements. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of any changes.
We may update these terms if the App's functionality or distribution changes. The updated terms will be posted at this URL with a revised effective date.
